AIMS OF THE JOURNAL
The aim of International Journal of VLSI Design is to disseminate state-of-the-art research papers in the areas VLSI design, EDA tools, System design and analysis, rapid prototyping, simulation, testing and verification. The journal values the theory as well as applications; however preference will be given to application oriented work elaborating the theory with respect to the intended implementation. The scope also includes papers that address technical trends, pressing issues, and educational aspects in VLSI Design.
The journal aims to endow with a dynamic high-quality international forum for original papers and tutorials by academic, industrial, and other scholarly contributors in VLSI Design. The editorial board comprises of leading professionals in the area of VLSI design from both academia and corporate sector.
SCOPE OF THE JOURNAL
International Journal of VLSI Design welcomes high quality research papers in all areas of VLSI Design. This includes, but not limited to:
Giga-scale design methodology, Digital circuit techniques, Advances in processor and memory design including phase change memory, Circuit approaches for clock generation and distribution, analog-digital-RF mixed signal SoC, Interconnects, System Design issues consisting of package and board design, Low power design methodology, Synchronous and asynchronous System design, CMOS, nano- CMOS and non-CMOS based physical design, Design for testability, Prevalent Issues in synthesis and Simulation and modeling, FPGA based system design and prototyping, formal verification, CAD and EDA tools, Reliability, MEMS, Methodologies for nanotechnology design, System Design for sensors and other applications, VLSI design for communication paradigm.

to the Editor In Chief. The manuscript should be in word format Although there is no page limit, lengthy articles more than six journal pages are discouraged. Email submissions are accepted to facilitate rapid publication and minimize administrative costs. There are no page charges for the paper.
